We hold our staff to very high standards to ensure the safety of our kids


  • Each staff member is USA Gymnastics Safe Sport Certified.
  • Each of our coaches is cleared with a USAG background check
  • Mandatory 4-week training/shadowing for newly hired coaches.​

To coach at EAGC, a great resume simply isn’t enough. Yes, we have coaches with extensive experience coaching a wide variety of athletes, but each of our employees has a unique personality that adds to our eccentric dynamic. Through and through, our staff is full of bright, supportive, passionate, and personable role models who inspire our students to be their very best – both in the gym, and in life.
