Parents are welcome to enjoy the gym time with the kiddos and take pictures, but please refrain from using the equipment and apparatuses.
You will be required to put a card on file to pay final balance before your party has finished. ALL final detail information must be submitted to EAGC staff 48 hours prior to booked party time.
ACTIVITY OPTIONS
GYMNASTICS
Party goers will have fun playing gymnast for the day! Children do not need gymnastics experience to have a great time. They will enjoy balancing on beams, jumping on trampolines, diving over barrels, swinging on ropes, playing games, and navigating obstacle courses.
GYM GAMES
Your guests will have fun with games such as the floor is lava, hula hoop games, capture the flag, forts, ghost in the graveyard, shipwreck, and more. Our energetic instructors have a great time leading children in fun, active games. We'll get the kids engaged and having a great time!
OBSTACLE COURSE
Guests will get a chance to challenge each other to complete an interactive course set up by our coaches using the gym equipment and mats. Obstacle course can include a variety of different movements and exercises including running, jumping, climbing, flipping, balancing, and more! All participants will be timed, and the fastest guest to complete the course wins!
RELAY RACE
Party goers will split up into teams and compete in mini challenge courses against the other team(s). Our instructors will set up and explain races to all participants and act as the referees to ensure a fair race. Teams can expect to be challenged with combinations of running, jumping, rolling, flipping, spinning, and more on each leg of the race. First team to have all members complete the challenge course wins!

IT'S SLIME TIME!
Kids love the ooey-gooey goodness of slime! Now, you can give them the creative messiness they crave -- and be responsible for NONE of the cleanup. They'll be making their own slime using ingredients they can find at home! They can personalize their slime with food coloring, glitter, and beads to make crunchy slime. With the opportunity to bag up the slime for take-home play, DIY slime makes a great bonus party favor!
CRAZY CRAFTERS
Your child and their friends will learn how to make some really fun crafts! We'll provide you with a list of unique crafts to choose from so your birthday child can pick what interests them. From DIY ice cream sidewalk chalk to homemade fidget spinners and slime, your attendees will have a great time working on their own take home gifts!

BIRTHDAY PARTY POLICIES
- Please note: If you are booking a party less than two weeks in advance, please reach out to our staff by phone at 410-381-7565 to verify availability.
- Birthday party deposits are ONLY refundable within 24 hours of booking.
- If one cancels a party with at least 2 week's notice prior to the party date, the deposit can be credited back to the Parent Portal account.
- Party cancellations within 2 weeks of the party date are not able to be refunded, credited to the Parent Portal account, nor applied towards a rescheduled party date.
- *ANY OUTSOURCED ENTERTAINMENT MUST BE APPROVED BY EAGC MANAGEMENT PRIOR TO PARTY DATE*
- *We have specially trained our party staff to deliver a fun filled party, so 15% gratuity will be added to your final party price (applies to all party packages) for the coaches contribution*
