Emilia's is a gymnastics, tumbling, and acrobatics gym with a strong family dynamic! All of our staff is dedicated to providing top quality service to our customer families, both on and off the gymnastics floor. The company is invested in helping our employees grow -- not only as workers, but also as the individuals that they are. We are looking for candidates who are flexible, adaptable, and ready to try new strategies as a gymnastics instructor. With this expansion, we're looking for excellent new team members to build our staff and expand our programs. We are interviewing for gymnastics/tumbling class coach positions to lead recreational classes, in addition to the other opportunities detailed above.

Job Details

Emilia's is home to one of the top 3 acrobatics teams in the nation. Our internationally acclaimed team is led by Daniil Kostovetskiy – master of his sport, Daniil has over 40 years of acrobatics coaching experience. Athletes travel from all over the country to compete on EAGC’s acrobatics team – to train our acrobats, we seek the best in the industry!



We’re looking for applicants who meet the following criteria:


  • MUST have a background in acrobatics, as an athlete and coach
  • Interested in being a team player for a close-knit staff that always aims to improve
  • Willing to learn and grow in the areas of coaching skills, and interpersonal communication with clients, students, and staff.
  • Ideally has experience working with kids (but not required).
  • Has a bright, engaging personality when communicating with parents and students.
  • We are willing to assist in relocation of coaches who would be a good fit for our team, so we welcome applicants from all over the world to apply

Job Details

We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic addition to our office team. We strive to provide the most personalized, pleasant, and positive service to all of our current families and prospective clients. As front office staff, we offer families a first impression of our gym -- our goal is to always make a friendly one! Selling is also a component of the job, as it is the office staff's role to recommend program selections that meet the expressed needs of a family -- this requires in-depth knowledge on all EAGC programs, quick thinking, selling skills, and a personable demeanor. This job involves assisting clients over the phone, via email, and during our evening hours in a fast-paced environment in collaboration with our other office staff. Experience with professional writing is preferred.


Job duties may include:

  • Answering customer and prospective customer phone calls, and responding to voicemails.
  • Responding to customer emails while translating the office's friendly and positive atmosphere to text. Other potential writing tasks could include drafting promotional emails and social media posts.
  • Welcoming new customers to the gym, teaching them the check-in procedures, and ensuring they fill out the proper paperwork.
  • Engaging with clients in a friendly, welcoming manner. With the office immediately inside of the front doors, the office staff is responsible for greeting and bidding customers adieu.
  • Helping to input and maintain client records regarding sensitive personal information, payment information, and enrollment records.
  • Accurately taking payments from clients and recording them on client ledgers.
  • Helping to create a warm, family atmosphere -- as the communicators and coordinators for our 1,100 families, how our office staff represents the business is of utmost importance.

Job duties of a lead camp counselor include:


Leading a group of campers throughout the activities of a camp day. This includes gymnastics stations (floor tumbling, balance beam, parallel bar, trampoline, stretching, and conditioning), arts & crafts, group games, open gym play throughout our facility.

Maintaining and monitoring for the safety of our campers throughout all camp activities.

Being role models to our campers to give them a positive, encouraging, and fun camp experience.

Instructing campers in technical skills of gymnastics and tumbling.

Maintaining a high-energy environment for a summer full of fun.
