The story of Emilia's begins in Ukraine. Daniil Kostovetskiy, the founder and owner of EAGC, served as a top acrobatics athlete and coach in his home country. In 1989, Daniil ventured to America with his two small children and a suitcase, ready to create his American Dream.
Daniil built his acrobatics team in a country which, at the time, had hardly been introduced to the sport. Starting with just 4 students, he and his children grew EAGC into the family-oriented establishment that thousands know and love today. Since coming to the states, Daniil has coached several international champions and olympians (including one Olympic gold medalist) and has earned the coveted title of Master of Sport for acrobatics. To this day, Daniil still coaches acrobatics at EAGC 6 days per week.
Our carefully selected staff share Daniil’s incredible work ethic and passion, creating a positive and caring environment in which athletes can thrive. The Kostovetskiy family, and those who have become family over the years, are still heavily involved in the business. The EAGC team takes pride in serving the community, uplifting students, and training minds and bodies through movement.
Yuri Kostovetskiy, EAGC’s general manager and Daniil’s son, began as an acrobat in his youth. Now, he manages EAGC’s vast array of recreational programs. Yuri is well known and loved for his intensely passionate personality, his serious approach toward his health (cold plunge, anyone?), and the comedic yet encouraging vibe he brings to the staff. Continuing on with the family legacy, Yuri’s son, Juliano, spends his days after school flipping around in the gym and practicing as an athlete on EAGC’s acro team.
